Nancy Lee Bodkin White 1962-2021 Obituary
Nancy Lee Bodkin White, 59, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Davis Medical Center in Elkins.
Nancy was born Sunday, June 3, 1962, in Beverly, a daughter of the late Jack Carlton Bodkin and Norma Epps Bodkin. On October 2, 1982, she married Roger Lee White Sr. who preceded her in death January 28, 2019.
Left to cherish her memory are two children, Roger Lee White Jr., and Angela Watson and husband Roger Lee, all of Beverly, three grandchildren, Malachi Ammerman, Aislee and Nicole Watson, two sisters, Lucille Bedford and husband Buster, Elaine Bodkin and companion Cliff, one niece, Katie Herron, and two great-nephews, Alexander and Preston Herron. They will love and miss her very much.
Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband were two brothers, Steve and Bob Bodkin.
Nancy was a graduate of Elkins High School and had been employed as a CNA at Nella’s Inc. in Elkins.
She enjoyed coloring and crafts. Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
A graveside service will be held at Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:30 am in the Parsons Family Cemetery on Shavers For
