Pamela Weatherman Barkley 1943-2017 Obituary
Pamela Weatherman Barkley, 74, of Statesville, passed away, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Barkley was born August 13, 1943 in Iredell County and was the daughter of the late Robert Preston Weatherman and Wilma Jean Wiesner Weatherman.
She was a graduate of Statesville Senior High School, worked for Thomasville Furniture and was married to the late Donald Lee Barkley.
Mrs. Barkley is survived by one daughter, Donna Stiles of Booneville, NC; one granddaughter, Morgan Lee Reitzel (Lee) of Clemmons, one grandson, Leonard Hayes, Jr. of Statesville, one great granddaughter, Raley Reitzel, one sister, Patsy Mays of Kernersville, one brother, Charles Weatherman of Kansas City, MO and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Polly Welborn, Judy Litchfield and Peggy McDaniels.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6, 2017 at Oakwood Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends following the service at the residence of Kelly Dehart.
