Peggy Carol Thomas, 63, of Route 1, French Creek, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, at her home.
Mrs. Thomas was born July 5, 1938, in Shinnston, a daughter of the late Cecil and Blanche White Cheuvront.
She married Raymond Thomas, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Keith Saffle, Warren, Ohio; a daughter, Tracy Thomas Brunn, West Farmington, Ohio; a brother, Cecil Cheuvront, Aberdeen, Md.; two sisters, Marge Durish, Steubenville, Ohio, and Betty Wickham, Mingo Junction, Ohio; a special friend, George Woody, Route 1, French Creek; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker and a Protestant by faith.
Funeral Arrangements: Friends will be received at Robert M. Vincent Funeral Home in French Creek today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. David Jessie officiating. Interment will follow in Waterloo Cemetery.
