Randall D. Fitzwater 1934-2002 Obituary
Randall D. “Gary” Fitzwater, 67, of Martinsburg, died Monday, March 25, 2002, in War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs.
He was born April 19, 1934, in Junior, a son of the late Stanley and Margaret Corley Fitzwater.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Murray Fitzwater; four children, Stanley Fitzwater, Inwood, Mark Fitzwater, Hedgesville, Alex Fitzwater and Christy Cordell, both of Martinsburg; grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of five; three stepdaughters, Sharon Kantzer, Kristin Schuknueht and Robin Dias; 10 stepgrandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Fitzwater.
He was retired from General Motors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
Interment will be in K&P Mt. View Cemetery at Junior at 1 p.m. Thursday.
