Reginald Leon Johnson 1926-2021 Obituary
Reginald Leon Johnson, 95, of Davis, West Virginia, passed away on October 25, 2021. He was born on October 25, 1926 to the late George and Blanche Johnson in Florida and was raised in Grafton, WV.
“Leon” was an accountant by trade and retired from the Union Carbide Co. After retirement, he and his wife settled into the Canaan Valley area. He was an outdoor man who really enjoyed hunting and especially fishing. One of his favorite hobbies was taking off and driving down a back road to see where it led.
He is survived by two sons, Michael Johnson and wife Roberta and Steven Johnson and wife Val; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Johnson; one brother; and one sister.
At Leon’s request, he will be cremated. Visitation will be held, Monday, November 22, from 4 to 6 pm. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Johnson family at this time.
