Restoring Heathkit HM-15 SWR Meter

I found this meter at a hamfest for a few dollars, its in good shape but I wanted to clean it up and check out the circuit

I plan to use this with the uBitx v5 and v6, but I need to test and calibrate to be sure it will work accurately
