Rhonda Carol Hammonds 1965-2015 Obituary
Rhonda Carol Hammonds, 49, a resident of Mill Creek passed from this life Saturday evening, October 17, 2015 at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown.
Rhonda was born Friday, November 26, 1965 in Elkins, a daughter of Billy Hammonds and Beverly Currence Hammonds who survive in Mill Creek.
Also left to cherish her memory are three children, Hillary L. Channell and husband John of Huttonsville, Tiffany Daniels and Terrance “Joel” Daniels, both of Mill Creek, one brother, Scott Hammonds and companion Brandi McCauley of Huttonsville, paternal grandmother Louise Phillips of Mill Creek, three grandchildren, Blake and Wyatt Channell and Conner Daniels, one niece Sierra Hammonds, one nephew Craig Hammonds, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding her in death were paternal grandfathers, Mason Hammonds and Paul Phillips and maternal grandparents, Hileary “Boone” and Jean Currence.
Rhonda attended the schools of Randolph County and was a 1984 graduate of Tygarts Valley High School.
She liked spending time with family and friends. Rhonda was a loving mother, sister and grandmother.
She will truly be missed by all who knew her. A visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 2P-3P, the funeral hour.
Pastor Harold Swecker will officiate and interment will follow in the Brick Church Cemetery in Huttonsville.
