Robin Terry “Chico” Chenoweth 1954-2010 Obituary
Mr. Robin Terry “Chico” Chenoweth, age 56 years, a resident of Elkins, passed away Saturday afternoon, May 22, 2010 at the Davis Memorial Hospital Emergency Department.
He was born March 18, 1954 in Elkins a son of the late Willard Chenoweth and Adeline Chenoweth Paugh who survives in Elkins.
Also surviving is his stepfather, Kenneth Paugh, Elkins, a sister, Cathy “Sue” Wingler, Aurora, IL., brothers, Willard “Joe” Chenoweth and wife Pam, Parsons, WV, Allen Chenoweth and wife Debbie, Gary Chenoweth and wife Marsha, Michael Chenoweth and wife Sue and Jeffrey Chenoweth and wife Julie all of Elkins and Kevin Chenoweth of St. Clairsville, OH. Seventeen nieces and nephews, eight great-nieces and nephews, Uncle and Aunts, Ray and Virginia Smith of Elkins and Mary Smith of Sarasota, FL and many cousins including one who was very dear to his heart, Lori Strickland of Dublin, GA.
Also preceding him in death in addition to his father was one sister, Nancy Rogers and nieces, Becky Chenoweth and Andrea Monahan. “Chico” was employed by Ward Auto Parts, Wonn Distributing and the West Virginia Department of Highways.
He was a Methodist by Faith.
Friends may call from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 26th from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Kevin Gainer officiating.
Interment will follow in the Brick Church Cemetery near Huttonsville
