Sara Ann Reed Powers, 22, of Buckhannon, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002, in Braxton County from to injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
She was born Dec. 9, 1979, in Elkins, a daughter of Billy Reed Jr. of Buckhannon, and Diana Staley Reed of Adrian.
Also surviving are two daughters, Cassidy Jade Powers and Layla Faye Bryant, one son, Blade Donovan Powers, all of Buckhannon; one brother, Edward Reed of Adrian; her maternal grandmother, Violet Staley of Adrian; paternal grandfather and grandmother, Billy Reed and Jenny Reed of French Creek.
She was preceded in death by her fiance, Shawn Bryant.
She was a homemaker and was attending Fred W. Eberly, LPN School in Buckhannon.
Friends will be received today from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Weese Day officiating. Burial will follow in Indian Camp Cemetery.
