SEYMOUR MASON PINGLEY 1939-2010 Obituary
SEYMOUR MASON PINGLEY, age 70 years, a resident of Elkins, WV departed this life Monday morning, July 12, 2010 at his home.
He had been in declining health.
He was born Saturday, August 12, 1939 at Mill Creek, WV a son of the late Richard Bruce Pingley and Mattie Mary Goff Pingley.
He had never married.
Surviving are two brothers, Pearle “Junior” Pingley; and Howard Bruce Pingley, both of Elkins; one sister, Viola Cupp, Romney; and one half brother, Cecil Ray Pingley, OH.
Preceding him in death are one brother, Richard Lewis Pingley; four half brothers, William Bryan, Joseph, Cameron and Norman Pingley and four half sisters, Hazel Burch; Mary Reed; Ida Coffman; and Elisa Pingley.
Seymour attended the Elkins Church of God and Family Worship Center.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Friday, July 16, 2010 from 12 Noon to 2 PM, the funeral hour.
Pastor Jamie Estep and Pastor Charles Kinnison will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, WV.
