Stanley D. Croston Jr. 1954-2021 Obituary
Stanley D. Croston, Jr., age 67 years, a resident of Mill Creek, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his home under the care of West Virginia Caring. He was born January 5, 1954 at Elkins, a son of Juanita Bonnell Croston who survives at Mill Creek and the late Stanley D. Croston, Sr. On September 15, 1972 he was married to Linda “Toni” Wamsley who preceded him in death March 28, 2017. He is survived by one son, Stanley D. Croston, III of Mill Creek; one grandson, Matt Croston of Mill Creek and one great grandson, Vincent J. Croston. He was a graduate of Tygart Valley High School and Barber College. He was a Barber prior to his retirement. He attended Landmark Baptist Church in Elkins.
Friends may call from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Monday with Dr. Ken Shiflet officiating. Interment will follow in the Brick Church Cemetery at Huttonsville, WV. Masks and social distancing are required for those attending the services. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Stanley D. Croston, Jr.
