Stephen Lane Blake 1951-2022 Obituary
Stephen Lane Blake, age 70, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, March 3, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon.
He was born August 3, 1951, in Weston, WV, a son of the late Virgil Vincent and Minnie Louise Dye Blake.
He is survived by three children, Stephanie Pryor of SC, Brandon Blake of Dunbar, WV and Amber Blake of Poca, WV; six grandchildren; four siblings, Alan Blake of Buckhannon, Deborah Sholes of Princeton, WV, Danny Blake and Carla Wyant both of Weston.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Don Blake and one sister, Karen Butcher.
Mr. Blake was a carpenter in the construction industry.
He loved the outdoors, and his children and grandchildren were above all, his pride and joy.
In honoring Stephen’s wishes, he will be cremated.
