Stephen “Steve” Wayne Zirkle 1979-2022 Obituary
Stephen “Steve” Wayne Zirkle, 42, a resident of Mabie, passed from this life Sunday, January 23, 2022, at his residence. He had been in declining health but death was unexpected.
Steve was born Saturday, January 27, 1979, in Elkins, a son of Delbert and Wilda Lanham Zirkle, who survive in Mabie.
Left to cherish his memory are two children, Anna Beldina and Nathan Beldina, and mother of his children Jessica Beldina, all of Clarksburg, two brothers, Kenneth Zirkle and wife Rosalin of Valley Bend, Leslie Zirkle and wife Bertha of Mabie, two nieces, Cori Zirkle Ferry and husband Donny of Norton, and Leah Ketterman and husband Zach of Beverly, one nephew Leslie Zirkle and wife Shelby of Mabie, five great nieces and four great nephews, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Russell and Iris Simmons Zirkle, and maternal grandparents, Perry and Junella “Nettis” Scott Lanham.
Steve was a graduate of Elkins High School, was a former Correctional Officer at Huttonsville and was a Christian by faith and will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and father. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at Upper Rowan Memorial Cemetery in Mabie on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11 am with the Rev. Stella Faye Moyer officiating.
