Thomas Milton Canfora, 67, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life early Sunday morning, December 2, 2012 at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown. Thomas was born on Saturday, August 18, 1945 in Barberton, OH, a son of the late Milton Randall and Jean Gengler Heald who survives. He was the stepson of the late Louis Canfora. On September 28, 1991 at Akron, OH, he was married to the former Candace Marian Jones who survives. Also surviving are four children, Nikki Cutright and husband, Jeff, of Montrose, Robert George Kiefer of Akron, OH, Wesley Alan Kiefer of Akron, OH, and Carol Ann Scarpintio of Houma, LA, three sisters, one brother, and one granddaughter, Allie Cutright. Thomas was a high school graduate with two years of technical training and worked as an industrial electrician for Westinghouse. He has served with the United State Navy. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, spending time with family, friends, and especially, his granddaughter, Allie. He was a Baptist by faith. Thomas’ request for cremation was honored. The Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements for Thomas Milton Canfora.
