Tim Bruce Gibson, 44, of Spotsylvania, Va., died Friday, May 3, 2002.
He was born Sept. 29, 1957, in Buckhannon, a son of Bruce and Rosie Campbell Gibson.
Also surviving are his life companion Nancy Van Meter; his children, Jennifer, Michelle, Matthew, Nicole and Nancy Gibson, all of Spotsylvania; his stepchildren, Mary Jo and Frank Van Meter; a granddaughter, Alicia Renee Gibson; his step-grandchildren, Mariah, Frank Jr. and Cody Van Meter, all of Spotsylvania; a brother, Mark and his wife, Kathy Gibson of Elyria, Ohio; a sister, Donna and her husband, “Skip” Fair of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a brother, Greg and his wife, Vi Gibson of Buckhannon; a sister, Judy and her husband, Terry Tenney of Buckhannon; many nieces, nephews and friends.
He worked as a mechanic for Loomis Fargo in Alexandria, Va.
A viewing will be Wednesday at Found and Sons Funeral Home at Spotsylvania, Va. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Olivet Church on Kesling Mill Road, Buckhannon, with the Rev. David Fisher officiating.
