Virgil Laten Lambert, 50 of East Dailey, WV entered into eternal rest Sunday March 7, 2010. He was born Thursday March 3, 1960 in Bartow, WV, a son of the late Virgil Roy and Schyima Neldine Lump Lambert. He attended the schools of Pocahontas County, WV. Virgil was employed as a mechanic, logger and a sawmill worker. On Thursday December 11, 1980 in McDowell, VA, he married the former Carmen Heine who survives in Gardensville, VA. In addition to his wife, Virgil is survived by three daughters: Felina Lambert of Mill Creek, WV, Sonya Weatherholtz and husband Daniel of Orange, VA and Jennifer Lambert of Orange, VA; two grandsons: Nathaniel Weatherholtz and Alic Stup both of Orange, VA; one son: Travis Martin of Mill Creek and three brothers: Steve Lomp and wife Mickey, Kile Lambert and Harlan Lambert all of Mill Creek, WV. Graveside services will be held Saturday March 13, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Lambert Cemetery Rt. 28; Johnson Road at the top of Allegheny Mountain.
