Willagene Hamrick 1934-2003 Obituary
Willagene E. Hamrick, 68, a resident of the Poe Run community, passed away Tuesday evening, April 22, 2003, in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born April 30, 1934, in Randolph County, the daughter of the late Henry H. and Vie Ellen Isner Daniels.
She was formerly married to Charles Poulson.
On June 21, 1971, she married Arthur F. Hamrick, who preceded her in death on May 26, 1985.
She is survived by one son, John Poulson, of Elkins; three stepsons, Arthur G. Hamrick of Elkins, Wirt Hamrick of Idaho and Bill Hamrick; three stepdaughters, Mary Jane Williams of Wheeling, Frances Crickard of Elkins and Susan Miller of Maryland; five brothers, Ralph Daniels, Dale Daniels and John Daniels, all of Beverly, Charlie Daniels of Beach City, Ohio, and Tom Daniels of Elkins; and two sisters, Marie Kittle of Elkins and Millie Thompson of Maryland.
Three sisters preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hamrick was a graduate of Beverly High School and a was a homemaker.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Beverly Cemetery with Pastor Mark Epperson officiating. Interment will follow. The Tomblyn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Willagene E. Hamrick.
