William “Billy” David Arbogast, 16, a resident of Kerens, passed from this life Sunday, July 20, 2014. Billy was born Wednesday, December 17, 1997 in Elkins, a son of Michelle Lynn Arbogast Reid and J.R. Reid who survive in Kerens. Also left to cherish Billy’s memory are grandparents, Margareta and Fred Cross, Glenn and Judy Koon, Floyd H. Reid and Carol Rosier, great grandmother, Ruth Carr, aunts and uncles, Teresa and Chuck Blosser, Angela Rosier and husband Jeff who was like a father figure, Ashley Cross and Kevin Watson and Cindy and Will Craig, and cousins, A.J., Nick and Mikayla Blosser, Julius and Layla Watson, William Bates, Evie Rosier, Jaxson Gregory and Tanner Craig, three special people that were like sisters, Bethany Williams and Victoria and Nicole Rosier, and by his best friend who was like his brother, Cory Wills. Billy was preceded in death by his grandparent, William “Buster” Arbogast, and great grandparents, Hancel Carr, Wilbur “Web” Arbogast and Luetta Arbogast. Billy truly enjoyed anything to do with being outdoors. He liked hunting, fishing, camping, riding four wheelers and playing basketball. One of his favorite things to do was go frog giggin with his best friend Cory. He also enjoyed being on the computer and playing video games. Most of all, Billy was a good student who loved spending time with family and friends. The family’s request for cremation will be honored and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
