William Henry “Bill” Varner, 57, a resident of Elkins, passed away Dec. 18, 2020 in the Davis Medical Center.
He was born April 5, 1963 at Harman, a son of the late Kelly and Bessie Varner.
Bill is survived by his companion, Barb Farrar, three brothers, Richard Varner and wife Pam of Elkins, Delmas Evans and wife Darlene of Dry Fork, Jimmy Varner and wife Annetta of Harman; two sisters, Diane Mininger and husband Gary of Dry Fork and Arvilla Godwin and husband Layne of Elkins.
Preceding him in death were two brothers, Donald and Ronald Varner, two sisters, Louise Harper and Patty Brown, maternal grandparents, Elva and Joshua Pennington and his paternal grandparents, Madison and Laura Varner.
Bill was loved by everyone he came in contact with and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Bill’s request for cremation will be honored. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for William Henry “Bill” Varner.
