Zan Hughes, 63, a resident of Elkins and for the past three years, Granville Manor in Parsons, passed from this life in the early morning hours of Wednesday November 20, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Society of Barbour County in Belington. Zan’s request for cremation was honored.
