Zetta Margaret Isner 1916-2002 Obituary
Zetta Margaret Isner, 86, a former resident of Elkins, and more recently a resident of Warren, Ohio, departed this life Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2002, at her home.
She had been in declining health and death was attributed to natural causes.
She was born Aug. 19, 1916, at Dry Fork, a daughter of the late William Ellison Flanagan and Rada Margaret Mick Flanagan.
On Nov. 7, 1932, she was married to Wilbert Claire Isner, who preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 1974.
Surviving are three sons, Carl Dale Isner, Hinton, Richard Neil Isner and wife, Mary, Cheyenne, and William Francis Isner and wife, Margo, Warren, Ohio; one daughter, Helen Louise Taylor and husband, Abraham, Warren, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by one daughter, Rosalie Ann Stankiewicz in May, 2002; four brothers, John, Emeril, Gordon and Stelmer Flanagan; and three sisters, Bertha Bennett, Gertie Bonner and Irene Huffman.
She attended the school at Jenningston. She was a homemaker and a former member of the First Baptist Church at Elkins.
The family will receive friends at Barb & Greenlief Funeral Home Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home parlor Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Rev. Eli Hostetler will officiate and interment will follow at Parsons City Cemetery. The Barb & Greenlief Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Zetta Margaret Isner.
